We have been using Castlecroft since 2003 and Dylan is really happy gets treated like a king. would like to thank all of the staff for all their hard work and kindness. Would not leave our Dylan at any other kennels he would never forgive us. Would like to say a big thank you to Andy and Ann for letting Dylan in at such short notice again. Dylan plans to be back soon. Thanks to you all at Castlecroft. Sue, Joe and Dylan.
We left our two 12 month old Jack Russells Alfie & Maisie at Castle Croft Kennels for the first time. We have never used kennels before, so were a little apprenhensive about leaving them. Our thoughts were that they would fret and not eat and be unhappy.
How wrong we were, when Alfie and Maisied returned from Castle Croft we quickly realised we had no need to worry. They came back as happy and energetic as they were on the day we left them.
Thank you to Andy, Anne and all their team for making Alfie and Maisie’s time at Castle Croft a happy time.
We will certainly be sending Alfie and Maisie on their hols again to Castle Croft and would recommend anyone to send their dogs to Castle Croft Kennels.
We have been with Castle Croft for the past 7 years and would not trust anyone else to look after Tilly. Tilly holidays with Ann, Andy and the girls several times a year and she is always so excited to see them as they make such a fuss of her which of course she loves. Knowing she is so well cared for gives us peace of mind which means we enjoy our holiday too and when we pick her up although she is pleased to see us we cannot help but feel she would not have minded staying just that little bit longer!
We have been bringing our dog Toddy to Castle Croft for many years now, Toddy is a 13 year old Jack Russell who loves his holidays with Auntie Ann and Uncle Andy.
We wouldnt leave him with anyone else – Castle Croft is tops in our book.

Having used a few kennels in the past & not been very satisfied with the state of our dogs on return we were a bit worried to leave our dog Ben (Doberman) for two weeks. A friend of ours recommended Castle Croft & we are so glad they did.
Each dog is given their own handler. Ben returned to us & hadn’t lost any weight, was fit & healthy & i wouldn’t hesitate to use these kennels again.
Ann & Andy were a pleasure to deal with and their staff were always on hand to talk to. You can tell how much they and their staff love animals.
I couldn’t recommended Castle Croft highly enough, first rate job.

We moved our two dogs, Zuri and Tan, last year from the South of England and didn’t think that we would find as good a kennels as we had there. Ann, Andy and their team have more than exceeded our expectations in the care that is shown to our two “old girls”. We return from business trips and holidays to find two happy, clean and contented dogs bouncing around like two puppies. Ann and Andy frequently help us out with last minuite bookings and change of bookings, nothing is ever too much trouble.
To you all at Castle Croft, we thank you as knowing Zuri and Tan are having a fantastic holiday, helps us relax too!
Hamish and I would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff at Castle Croft for looking after him at such short notice. The help was greatly appreciated and Hamish was like a new dog when he came home. All exercised and cleaned. Excellent service from all. We would definately recommend them to others and use their services again.Once again a many thanks.
This is our home from home. Jazz came from here to live with me and now I join her for holidays. We are really excited arriving here and we come home lovely and clean. We even come to visit Ann and Andy when we tell our owners to come and stock up on sausages and food. (I try to help myself to the sausages but Jazz is good and waits to be given one). We know we are well looked after and are in the best hands with Ann and Andy and their staff. The only downside is we have to bring the bossy cat Lucy with us too. We dont think we could ever leave our Alfie with anybody else, excellent service, we feel like they treat Alfie like one of their own, the accommodation is excellent, the staff friendly and clearly very caring & competitive rates too.
I have holidays here more than once a year and I love it!! I am looked after very well by the girls, and am always really excited when I know where I’m going. On the way there, I bark as loud as I can in the car to make it go faster (doesn’t work). I’ve recommended Castlecroft to my cousin, Wilma, and we both want to stay there later this year when her mum and dad get married – for some reason we’re not invited??
We took our young dogs Matysh (Husky) and Ruben (Malamute / Labrador cross) to stay with Ann and Andy whilst we went on honeymoon and it gave us such peace of mind. They stayed in the same kennel together, ate premium brand food and were walked daily. The dogs were happy which meant we were happy, so happy in fact we’ve already booked them back in for their next holiday later this year! Thanks for taking such good care of them!
We really enjoy our holidays with Ann, Andy and the girls.When Mum says we are going we can’t get into the car fast enough although we still like them to come back for us. We will recommend them to all our doggy friends.
Thanks as always. I was a bit miffed when Jack ran to Ann instead of me when I picked him up, but just goes to show how happy he is at Castle Croft!
I would recommend Castle Croft to anyone. As well as boarding Ann and Andy have given me sound advice on nutrition and other aspect of Dog care, they have been right every time!
I am very happy to leave my cat here she is well cared for. If she could talk I know that she would say she loved it and the staff even though she is a bit of a grum on her first day with them. The owners and the staff are all very dedicated to the animals intrusted in their care I give them 100 percent trust with my cat.
